Feeding Tomorrow
Co-presented with Zero Waste NYC
UnionDocs
352 Onderdonk Ave
Ridgewood, NY
We’re excited to present a screening of Feeding Tomorrow — a powerful new documentary by Oliver English and Simon English that explores how food sits at the heart of some of the most urgent challenges — and solutions — of our time.
From the classroom to the clinic to the farm, Feeding Tomorrow follows a diverse group of changemakers reimagining our food systems from the ground up. We meet educators like Thabiti Brown of Codman Academy, health advocates like Lisa McDowell at St. Joseph Mercy Hospitals, and regenerative farmers like Mark Shepard, who are building tangible, hopeful pathways toward a healthier, more sustainable world.
Part exposé, part blueprint for transformation, the film invites us to look closely at the broken systems we’ve inherited — and to imagine something better. With sharp insight and big heart, Feeding Tomorrow shows how small choices can lead to powerful change — and how food can nourish more than just our bodies.
A remote intro from the filmmakers will begin the night, followed by a conversation with Zero Waste NYC and local food justice experts to think about how the film’s themes relate to our community.
