Come through to catch a sneak peek from our brilliant Summer Doc Lab artists as they take a moment to practice their project pitches with a supportive audience. Here you will have plenty of time to mingle and meet in the wider UNDO community. \nFolks often ask what exactly goes on in these labs at UNDO? Here’s your chance to find out what’s going on inside. Each artist and project was selected from an incredibly competitive pool of applicants\, and participants are joining us from around the world — from China to London to Australia\, Berlin\, New Zealand\, Italy\, Marseilles and some from right here in NYC! \nAfter weeks of deep focus and work\, we’re inviting you to meet and celebrate this incredible group for how far they’ve come. \nPitching a doc is usually a scary\, competitive business\, but does it have to be? To make things extra fun\, we decided to turn the tables just a little: Grab a bingo card at the bar to engage in a friendly competition with fellow audience members. We’ll see who can listen along keenly enough to circle their way to Bingo stardom and win some grand prizes! \nCome on out to learn about this work and get the chance for a first look at a group of documentary projects in early phases of development that span continents\, histories\, forms and modes of inquiry. Through personal archives\, overlooked memorials\, endangered ecosystems\, underground networks of care\, experimental music\, family histories\, aging bodies\, and rapidly transforming urban landscapes\, these filmmakers investigate the forces that shape memory\, identity\, health\, migration\, belonging and beyond! \nThese folks are looking for supporters\, team members and more\, so it may be the start of a beautiful collaboration. \nDoors open at 7:30\, show starts ~8:00 with celebratory festivities to follow![/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_empty_space height=”30px”][vc_column_text css=””] \nProgram Duration: 80 mins \n[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column offset=”vc_hidden-lg vc_hidden-md vc_hidden-sm vc_hidden-xs”][vc_empty_space height=”40px”][vc_single_image image=”147742″ img_size=”full”][vc_column_text] \nWatch the conversation between Presenter1\, Presenter2 and Presenter 3 on the UnionDocs’ Membership hub. \n[/vc_column_text][vc_btn title=”Watch” style=”outline-custom” outline_custom_color=”#ffffff” outline_custom_hover_background=”#adadcc” outline_custom_hover_text=”#0000cd” shape=”round” align=”center” css_animation=”bounceIn”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_empty_space height=”30px”][vc_separator][vc_column_text css=””] \nMeet the Summer Lab! \n[/vc_column_text][vc_separator][vc_empty_space height=”30px”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/3″][vc_single_image image=”164242″ img_size=”full” css=””][/vc_column][vc_column width=”2/3″][vc_column_text css=””] \nVeronica Ciceri(she/her) \nVeronica Ciceri is an award-winning filmmaker and creative director working across documentary\, art direction\, and design.
