Our newly renovated ground-floor storefront is the perfect space for your screening, reception, workshop, photo/video shoot, meeting, performance, or gathering of any kind!

 

Conveniently close to the L, G and JMZ lines, the space sports hardwood floors, natural light, built-in bar, an HD audio/visual package, blackout capability, and flexible seating for up to 70 people. Whatever your needs, we can help make it happen!

We especially seek to support emerging and professional artists, offering extremely competitive daily and hourly rates. Please inquire for long-term and recurring rentals.

Our dedicated event managers are on-hand for events of 12 guests or more, bartenders and will-call services available upon request.

Accessibility

UnionDocs’ main space is accessible via a permanently installed iron ramp. We have one restroom on the main floor built to ADA standards. Please note: at this time, our backyard space is a raised area and separated from the main floor by 4 steps.

Pricing

Our pricing structure is kept simple so you can focus on the important details of your event.

For events with 12–35 guests we offer our space at $60 / hour.

For events with 35–70 guests, our space is available for $100 / hour.

If you would like to book a photoshoot or test screening for 12 guests or fewer during business hours, our space is available for $35 / hour.

Please note our business hours are 10AM–6PM, Monday through Friday.

UnionDocs is located in East Williamsburg and is in close walking distance (5-6 blocks) of three major subway lines:
L Train – Lorimer station
G Train – Metropolitan station
JMZ Train– Hewes station

For travel by car – we are within minutes of the Brooklyn Queens Expressway.
Take exit 32 toward Metropolitan Ave/Williamsburg Bridge/Manhattan off the BQE.
