SFFILM Announces Two New Fellowships: Apply Sep 26-Oct 12

Through The New American Producers Fellowship, created in partnership with the Flora Family Foundation, SFFILM will award six-month fellowships to narrative or documentary producers who have recently immigrated to the United States. Winners of the New American Producers Fellowship will receive a $25,000 cash grant and a two-month residency at FilmHouse, an incubator space in San Francisco for emerging narrative and documentary producers.

Early deadline: October 5 at 5 pm PT; Late Deadline: October 12 at 5 pm PT

 

The Women, Peace, and Security Fellowship supports narrative and documentary filmmakers developing projects that elevate women’s efforts to end conflict and advance peace. The Fellowship is funded by the Compton Foundation, as part of their support of programs that bring attention to an inclusive, gendered perspective on foreign policy, national security, peace-building, and conflict resolution.
