The Film Society is proud to present an entire section devoted to documentaries at this year’s New York Film Festival, covering a range of topics with everything from human rights issues to some of today’s most controversial figures to politics and more. Many filmmakers will join in person for Q&As and talks throughout the festival.
This year’s series of dispatches from the front lines of nonfiction cinema features intimate portraits of artists, depictions of the quest for political and social justice, and much more.
The festival runs from September 28th-October 14th. For more information, showtimes, and tickets follow this link.
