The ARTS Council Announces 2016 Electronic Media & Film Grants

The ARTS Council of the Southern Finger Lakes announces its 2016 partnership with the New York State Council on the Arts for the Electronic Media & Film Presentation Funds and Finishing Funds Grant Programs. Pills Purchase Purchase Presentation Funds Pills Grants aim to support New York State non-profit organizations for in-person presentations by independent media artists. Finishing Funds Pills Grants support artists in the completion/post production of film, video, sound, new media, and Web-based work.

The 2016 Presentation Funds application deadlines:
December 4, 2015 for projects occurring from January 1 – April 30, 2016
April 8, 2016 for projects occurring from May 1 – August 31, 2016
August 5, 2016 for projects occurring from September 1 – December 31, 2016

The 2016 Finishing Funds deadline:
February 12, 2016.
