Chelsi Bullard
Collaborative Fellow 2014-2015
Chelsi Bullard is an independent video editor and filmmaker based in Harlem, NY. She tends to attach herself to stories that take the viewer to little-known worlds and introduce them to courageous and outspoken characters. Her editing credits include films that have screened at DOC NYC, Berkeley Video & Film Festival, Art & Tourism Film Festival, Tibet House, Brisbane Himalayan Film Festival, Kathmandu International Film Festival, as well as broadcast on PBS. As a part of Living Los Sures, an expansive documentary project about the Southside of Williamsburg, Brooklyn, she collaborated on two short documentary films, I Was Here First and 149 S 4th Street. Chelsi is currently pursuing a Master of Fine Art in Social Documentary Filmmaking at School of Visual Arts. She is working towards directing her first feature film.
