Our newly renovated ground-floor storefront is the perfect space for your screening, reception, workshop, photo/video shoot, meeting, performance, or gathering of any kind!
Conveniently close to the L, G and JMZ lines, the space sports hardwood floors, natural light, built-in bar, an HD audio/visual package, blackout capability, and flexible seating. Whatever your needs, we can help make it happen!
We especially seek to support emerging and professional artists, offering extremely competitive daily and hourly rates. Please inquire for long-term and recurring rentals.
Our spacious and open floor plan can accommodate any number of configurations, including a completely open arrangement great for small shoots, or with all our comfortable chairs, seating for up to 65 audience members! We also have folding tables and a kitchenette perfect for serving pizza & cake. Last but not least, our hardwood floor is perfect for dancing!
We have a surround sound system supporting 7.1, 5.1, and stereo audio, and our projector is HD-native. We have a wireless lighting system that comes with a half dozen presets or you can fine-tune each light to lock in the ambiance.
Some of our most popular uses are for groups with multimedia needs and a flexible space that can transform quickly. Our state-of-the-art A/V system allows clients to easily connect their own devices, and our helpful Event Managers are always available to work through technical and logistical solutions.
