This summer the small town of Tzintzuntzan in Mexico will become the home of 10 talented screenwriters for two intense weeks. The workshop is open to all filmmakers at any stage of their career, from emerging to established, and the call for applications is already out.
About the workshop
The 2015 International Screenwriter’s Workshop is a 2-week residential workshop that gives independent screenwriters the opportunity to work intensively on their feature length narrative scripts in an environment structured to foster professional collaboration and high-caliber script development.
Dates and location
The workshop will be held from Sunday, August 9th, through Saturday, August 22nd Buy , 2015, in Tzintzuntzan, a small town in the State of Michoacán, Mexico, approximately 50 km from the city of Morelia. The workshop, writing, and living spaces are tucked amidst the beauty of the Sierra Madre Mountains, overlooking Lake Pátzcuaro, a quiet natural retreat.
