Info sessions on NYSCA funding – 2/21 and 2/28

Our friends at NYFA are hosting an event for NYSCA applicants to meet the funders!

New York State Council on the Arts (NYSCA) is a leading source of funding for New York-based arts organizations and individuals. If you’re considering applying for a NYSCA grant, NYFA invites you to join them to ask questions and find out how to navigate the application process for the Individual Artists Program and Special Arts Services (SAS) at The New York Foundation for the Arts (NYFA) on Thursday, February 21, and Thursday, February 28. Arian Blanco, NYSCA Program Director, will lead both information sessions and answer your questions after a short presentation.

The Individual Artists presentation will focus on the Individual Artist Program Film, Media, and New Technology Production category; however, those applying to Theater Artist and Composer Commissions categories are welcome to attend as there is much overlap. NYSCA funding supports documentary and narrative works, interactive/digital technology, animation, and radio.
