ISCP: Open Calls for Funded Residencies for Artists of Color. Deadline: December 15th.

buy ginseng roots iscpThe International Studio & Curatorial Program (ISCP) is thrilled to announce The New York Community Trust Van Lier Residencies 2016-2018. They are going to select six New York City-based emerging visual artists who are of minority descent, financially disadvantaged, aged 30 and under. Each artist will receive a six-month residency at ISCP; a free studio; a stipend for living and materials; and enhanced support and funding to realize a public exhibition or project in the public realm. Residents will be invited to join in group field-trips; have professional advisor meetings to discuss the development of their practice; receive monthly visits from guest critics; enjoy access to free supplies and materials; and participate in professional development workshops on topics such as the marketplace, legal matters, and funding opportunities.
