Jared van Fleet

Board Director

Jared van Fleet is an artist, producer, and entrepreneur working in a variety of disciplines related to media and technology. Beginning his career as a musician, he recorded and performed internationally with acclaimed artists including Beirut and Voxtrot. During this time, he also served as sound recordist for the 2013 Oscar-nominated documentary Cutie and the Boxer.

Several years after joining royalty-free video marketplace Pond5 as one of its earliest employees, he helped launch award-winning crowdfunding startup TapTape. Most recently, he has worked as a freelance producer and strategist for advertising and media production companies, and is currently leading Creative Development for 3D/VR platform Sketchfab.
