Jessica Gingrich is an independent writer, researcher, and podcast producer passionate about food, history, and culture. She works as a co-host for HRN’s FORKLORE podcast, a researcher for the Lost Women of Science podcast, and Outreach Coordinator for BC Voices. Her audio storytelling has been featured on HRN’s Meat and Three podcast and KCRW’s Good Food podcast. Jessica has written deeply-reported features for publications such as Gastro Obscura, Smithsonian Magazine, and Narratively.
