“Kearah-Armonie(Kearmonie) is a Brooklyn based poet, spoken word artist, MC, Filmmaker, Blogger, and Writer. She currently finishing up her B.A. in Documentary Film Production at Brooklyn College. Having been performing spoken word since 2011 she is now a mentor and teaching artist, continuing to perform all over NYC she also hosts and facilitates events on campus. Most recently her short film “You Hear Chocolate” showcasing a three woman street-performing music group has been featured in the Women of African Descent Film Festival. Her goal is to influence, inspire, and educate using several outlets. “
