Melinda

Melinda Jackson is a New Zealand-born filmmaker based in Brooklyn. She brings over a decade of experience producing and editing films, documentaries, music videos, and commercials. Melinda holds a background in Philosophy from the University of Auckland and an MA in Animal Studies from NYU. She aims to make documentaries that reimagine our relationship with the beyond-human world and wild spaces. Melinda is also a programmer for the Ridgewood Off-Kilter Film Festival, now in its fourth year.
