Beyza Boyacioglu

Beyza is an Istanbul/New York-based video artist. She holds an MFA in Computer Art from School of Visual Arts, with a concentration in digital fine art and media theory.
Her artworks reflect upon the limits of language and the flaws of communication. In her time-based pieces, she investigates the question of translation from ideas to language and also from one language to another. She finds this problem intriguing because it is a part of a larger philosophical question as well as it is an everyday matter.
