Dario Lopes is a Brazilian filmmaker working between documentary and hybrid cinema. His work explores memory, identity and intergenerational relationships. For him, stories emerge through intimate narratives rooted in collective experience. Informed by research in the social sciences, he approaches documentary as a space of listening, observation, and human encounter.
