Hunter Gause

Hunter is a writer and director. A graduate of Marymount Manhattan College’s Theatre Arts program, and continued to study Fine Art at Pratt Institute, and Film with Sundance Institute. They use filmmaking to embrace artifice and fiction as a process to de-manipulate attention and normalize collective listening. With foundations in the theatre, they spent time with The Wooster Group, staged productions at The Tank, Performance Space New York, Movement Research, been in residency with Danspace Project, and twice awarded an SDC Observership.
