Isaac Knights-Washbourn

Isaac Knights-Washbourn is a filmmaker from Aotearoa/New Zealand. His film Money Honey premiered at the 70th Berlinale, winning the Wellington UNESCO City of Film Award (NZIFF) and Best Director at Show Me Shorts. An Erasmus Mundus Scholar, he holds an MA in Screenwriting from Kino Eyes. His documentary Mother’s Milk premiered at Dok Leipzig and was nominated for the Silver Eye Award. In 2023, he attended IDFAcademy and ESoDoc with his debut feature documentary, Thorntree, to be released in 2026.
