Katyayani Kumar is a bold, boundary-breaking director and writer working across India and the U.S., whose films blend the intimacy of fiction with the conscience of journalism. Her shorts include Coffined at 15 (Dances With Films LA) and Beholder (Shiny List). She is in post-production on her debut feature Sons of the River, filmed over three years in Punjab, supported by Film Bazaar, Let’sDoc Fellowship, and Interaction Docs Workshop.
