Martha Kammoun

Martha Kammoun is the co-general counsel of Starwood Energy Group, a private equity fund that specializes in energy infrastructure investments. In this role, she oversees all legal aspects of the business from acquisitions and divestitures to development, management, fundraising, structuring, and governance. Previously, Martha worked at O’Melveny & Myers LLP in New York where her practice focused on debt and equity financings and acquisitions. She holds an LL.M. from Harvard Law School, an Executive Masters in Energy Management from ESCP Europe, and an LL.B. from Saint-Joseph University.
