Teodora Altomare

Teodora is an Italian documentary filmmaker and educator currently based in New York. Her documentaries have been screened at DOC NYC and Woodstock Film Festival. Most recently, Teodora has been working as producer, cinematographer and editor with Brooklyn community-based organization UPROSE and with Cooper Square Committee.
For several years, she has taught video production and she currently teaches principles of the moving image at York College and media production at the Bronx Theater High School.
In 2017 Teodora received her MFA from the Integrated Media Arts program at Hunter College.
