This ground floor storefront is the perfect space for your photo/video shoot, private meeting, rehearsal, workshop public event, benefit, screening, performance, celebration or other gathering! Because UnionDocs seeks to support emerging as well as professional artists, we offer extremely competitive rental rates by the day or by the hour. Event SupportA dedicated event manager trained in our technical systems is included with all event rentals, bartenders and will-call services available upon request. Accessibility UnionDocs’ main space is accessible via a permanently installed iron ramp. We have one restroom on the main floor built to ADA standards.PricingOur pricing structure is kept simple so you can focus on the important details of your event. For events with 12–35 guests we offer our space at $60 / hour. For events with 35–70 guests, our space is available for $100 / hour. If you would like to book a photoshoot or test screening for 12 guests or fewer during business hours, our space is available for $35 / hour.
