Edinburgh Pitch is an international documentary pitching forum for independent filmmakers and productions companies developing urgent, challenging, engaging authored feature films at any stage.
In a supportive lab-like environment, twelve selected projects will be invited to take part in a preparatory workshop (June 8th) before pitching to an industry panel (June 9th) and engaging in one-to-one meetings the next day (June 10th).
In previous editions, we had the pleasure of welcoming on our panel representatives from ARTE, Autlook Filmsales, BFI Doc Society, CAT & Docs, DAE, IDFA, INDOX, InMaat Foundation, Netflix, Screen Scotland, Sundance Film Festival, SVT or The Whickers.
In addition to invaluable networking, development and pitching opportunities, the Edinburgh Pitch offers cash prizes to the best pitch: Audience Award (£3,000) and Panellist Award (£2,000).
